Go to tutorial! The TA usually goes over the same questions as on the assignments. But the people who took Linear algebra 2 had a much easier time than the rest of us. The test and exam allow for a formula sheet, but that means they are allowed to ask about anything, even if it was even mentioned for 5 min in a lecture once. The average for the test was really low (low 50s), and it’s the only test so make sure you actually prepare well.

This course will challenge your problem solving skills. You will be introduced to new areas of maths. As with any math course, the best tip I can give is to practice, and recognize when you need help!

If you are thinking of taking this course, or know you need it at some point, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you consider taking MATH 2R03 (Lin Alg II) beforehand. It is not listed as a prerequisite, but it should be in my opinion.
