Dr. Wan (Winter, 2021)
HTHSCI 4II3 is a really great continuation of Introductory Immunology! In 3I03 you learn about immune responses to bacteria, viruses, and allergens, but in 4II3, you learn about immunological tolerance – autoimmunity, pregnancy, in cancer immunotherapy, and other nuances of the subject. Dr. Wan is a great prof and the TAs are usually very supportive, it’s amazing to be able to gain perspective on many researchers on their own work.
