MEDPHYS 4RA3: Radiation & Radioisotope Methodology I

< Back

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.
Dr. Byun (Fall, 2021)

It’s very interesting but not necessarily straightforward. The first chapter of the course is essentially review from 4B03 so it’s not too bad. After Chapter 1, get prepared to do a lot of statistical analysis. Really focus on that if it is unfamiliar to you. The labs are really interesting but are offset from the content of the course, so it’s really hard to understand the techniques sometimes. Make sure to present your uncertainty calculations in your report. The labs are definitely the most strenuous part of the course.

Textbook: Not Required

Methods of Evaluation: Tests, Lab Reports
